There is a $4.00 handling fee for each online order.

Tickets purchased online within seven days of the event will be held at the box office for pickup.

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased online or at the box office, unless the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

Credit Card Purchases

Credit cards are accepted online, at the box office window and by phone. Credit cards cannot be used for cinema tickets, rental events or in the lobby immediately prior to a show.

Reserved Seating

Some events are sold as reserved seating. While all sections cost the same, reserved seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Overnight Packages

The 1891 Fredonia Opera House has partnered with four local inns to offer Overnight Performance Packages.

For the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired

The Opera House is equipped with an Infrared Listening System for live events and an individual Infrared Closed Captioning and Assistive Listening System for movies. Let an usher know if you need this equipment.
