Join docent Beth Tarplay for a virtual tour of the McClurg mansion and museum in Westfield.

The Federal-style home was built 200 years ago by pioneer James McClurg, the wealthy son of a Pittsburgh industrialist.  Its grand salons and formal rooms stood in sharp contrast to the rugged homes of neighboring frontier settlers.

Today, the 14-room mansion is the home of the Chautauqua County Historial Society.

This illustrated presentation is the final program in the 2019 Chautauqua County History Lecture Series.

Admission is FREE (donations accepted)
